Linkkar2U platform use करके आप इन Terms & Conditions से agree करते हैं। कृपया ध्यान से पढ़ें।

1. Platform का उद्देश्य

• Linkkar2U एक classified listing platform है जो buyers, sellers, owners, और workers को connect करता है।
• हम broker नहीं हैं। हम किसी भी transaction में party नहीं हैं।
• हम सिर्फ platform provide करते हैं — actual deal users के बीच होती है।

2. User Registration

• Register करते समय सही जानकारी देना अनिवार्य है।
• एक mobile number से सिर्फ एक account बनाया जा सकता है।
• Fake या misleading information देने पर account बंद किया जा सकता है।
• 18 साल से कम उम्र के users register नहीं कर सकते।

3. Listings के नियम

• सिर्फ वही property/vehicle list करें जिसके आप मालिक हैं या legally authorized हैं।
• Fake, duplicate, या misleading listings upload करना banned है।
• Obscene, illegal, या harmful content की listings immediately remove होंगी।
• Admin approval के बाद ही listing live होती है।

4. Payments & Refunds

• Contact unlock fee (₹324) non-refundable है एक बार payment हो जाने के बाद।
• Worker registration fee monthly होती है — renewal नहीं होने पर profile hide हो जाता है।
• Payment issues के लिए 24 hours में info@linkkar2u.in पर contact करें।
• Hirer daily hire fee per transaction होती है।

5. Prohibited Activities

• किसी को harass करना, spam करना, या abuse करना।
• Platform का commercial resale करना।
• Automated bots से scraping करना।
• Fraudulent transactions करना।

6. Disclaimer

• Linkkar2U users के बीच होने वाले किसी भी dispute के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है।
• Listings की authenticity verify करने की जिम्मेदारी users की है।
• हम किसी भी financial loss के लिए liable नहीं हैं।

7. Governing Law

• यह agreement Indian laws के under govern होती है।
• Disputes के लिए New Delhi की courts की jurisdiction होगी।
